The Ice and Ice Cream Call Center is open Monday - Friday 3:59p - 4:19p. Due to the scheduling of Burning Man Festival, the Call Center will be closed 08/16/13 - 09/18/13. All Pre-Playa Orders must be received prior to 8/16/13 to ensure proper processing.
